Delivery at business address
We frequently deliver orders at a business address. But, we do prefer a private address because over the years we have learned that packages sent to business locations are easily lost or misplaced.
I am away from home most of the time
No problem! Small orders are delivered to your mailbox. Large orders will be delivered to the shipping address you gave us. In case you are not at home the parcel will be waiting for you at your neighbor or at the postal office.
When can I expect my order?
Good question! First of all; did you place an order and is it confirmed by email and did you receive a notification? If the weekend is coming up, it might take longer than expected.
If you still feel like you should have already received your order, don’t forget it might have been delivered when you were not at home. So, don’t forget to check in with your neighbors, or look for a note regarding a parcel that could not be delivered. Deliveries should generally arrive within 5-7 business days.
Will I receive my invoice for my order?
Yes, with each order you will receive your invoice. In most cases, you can find a printed version with your delivery. A digital version can be found in the ordering confirmation e-mail.
