Delivery at business address

We frequently deliver orders at a business address. But, we do prefer a private address because over the years we have learnt that packages sent to business locations become lost or misplaced easily.

I am away from home most of the time

No problem! Small orders are delivered in your mailbox. Large order will be delivered at the shipping address you gave us. In case you are not at home the parcel will be waiting for you at your neighbour or at the postal office.

When can I expect my order?

Good question! First of all; did you place an order and is it confirmed by email and did you receive a notification? If the weekend is coming up, it might take longer than expected.

If you still feel like you should have already received your order don’t forget it might have been delivered when you were not at home. So, don’t forget to check in with your neighbours, or look for a note regarding a parcel that could not be delivered. Deliveries should generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

Will I receive my invoice with my order?

Yes, with each order you will receive your invoice. In most cases you can find a printed version with your delivery. A digital version can be found in the ordering confirmation e-mail.

Global shipments

We ship globally and we ship fast. Although we have the right to deny an order. Get to know PostNL on the international website.

Can I exchange or return ordered products?
